Yes. Every operation is attended by a consultant anaesthetist who stays with you from induction to full awakening, and all patients are screened with blood tests and an ECG beforehand. Serious complications under modern anaesthesia are extremely rare.

Breast and body procedures are done under general anaesthesia. Many facial procedures, eyelid surgery and small liposculpture areas are done under sedation with local anaesthetic, so you are comfortable but recover faster.

Most patients leave the same day. After a combined body procedure you stay one night so the team can check drains and comfort before you go home.

You can usually return to light daily activity within three days and to desk work within a week. Swelling settles over weeks; the final result of a rhinoplasty or body contour takes up to a year to fully refine.

Dr. Trabelsi limits his list deliberately, so fees reflect his time and a complete year of follow-up. Combining procedures in one anaesthetic is the most cost-effective route and is planned at the consultation.

Active infection, uncontrolled diabetes or blood pressure, clotting disorders, pregnancy and breastfeeding, and some autoimmune conditions. Smoking must stop six weeks before surgery. Everything is reviewed at the consultation.
