Kai Trabelsi was born in Tunis to a Tunisian father and a Korean mother, and that dual heritage shaped how he sees faces: there is no single ideal, only proportion that belongs to the person in front of him.
He qualified in plastic and reconstructive surgery at the University of Tunis El Manar, then trained in facial surgery in Seoul and body contouring in Paris. Over 14 years he has performed more than 2,400 procedures.
Since 2023 he has led the aesthetic surgery unit of a private hospital group in Lisbon and holds clinic days in Porto. He keeps a deliberately short surgical list so every patient is seen by him at every stage.
